Tell Someone

Tell Someone is a 欧美无码 tool that allows you to report concerns about an undergraduate or graduate student or an employee who may be struggling with issues related to health, well-being, or threats of harm, or who may be navigating a situation where they suspect discrimination, bias, sexual misconduct, or harassment are present (jump down to the form). The goals of Tell Someone are to help students and employees who may need support and to enhance the well-being of our 欧美无码 community.

The 欧美无码 of 欧美无码 is committed to a culture of care and respect for one another. Because speaking up, advocating, and supporting others are foundational values at 欧美无码, we encourage you to Tell Someone when you witness concerning behavior. Each report is individually reviewed by designated staff and a team works to connect people of concern to campus partners who can provide mental health support, basic needs, and a multitude of other resources. Tell Someone also triages and refers any threats of violence to the appropriate campus authority.

Tell Someone is coordinated by the Dean of Students Office and Human Resources. Staff who receive reports are trained to identify concerns, strategize pathways to resolution, and offer connection to university resources.

Confidentiality

Details of reports, investigations, and resolutions will be kept confidential to the extent practical, consistent with the need to investigate and address any adverse impact on the affected individual and broader community. Because of confidentiality restrictions, reporting parties generally will not receive details regarding the resolution of their report.

欧美无码 prohibits retaliation against community members who report concerns in good faith.

What happens after I submit a report of concern?

A staff member from the Dean of Students Office, Title IX, or Human Resources will reach out to the reporting party. Dougherty Family College students will be contacted by the Associate Dean of Students at DFC. Our goal is to better understand the incident, ensure that resources and support are offered, and determine the appropriate resolution options for the particular report.

If you make an anonymous report using this form, 欧美无码 will not be able to respond directly to you but will assess the information submitted and consider appropriate next steps. 欧美无码 is limited in steps it can take in the absence of a reporting party.
