Credit Transfer Guidance for First-Year Students

This policy applies to incoming First-Year students at 欧美无码, beginning in Fall 2024 and beyond. It outlines how the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) relates to the core curriculum of our undergraduate baccalaureate degrees.

Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC)

The Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) is a set of general education courses intended to provide students with progress towards a bachelor's degree. First-Year students who complete the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) before they matriculate at 欧美无码 will be deemed to have completed the heart of the 欧美无码 core curriculum.

First-Year or Transfer Student?

If the credits you want to transfer were earned AFTER you completed your high school degree, then you are a Transfer Student and need to read a different set of guidelines.

    AP, IB and Exam Credit

In addition to college coursework, you may also be eligible to receive credit through Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), CLEP and other qualifying exams completed in high school. These credits are evaluated separately from transfer coursework and can help you get ahead on your degree, fulfill core requirements or explore other classes of interest.
